Jack joined the Company as a non-executive Director in April 2001 and was appointed non-executive Chairman in December 2002. Following the de-merger of the defence business from GEC in November 1999, Jack was appointed Technology and Strategy Director for Marconi, having joined GEC in 1996 as Strategic Planning Director. Prior to joining GEC, he was with Lucas Industries for over 10 years, where he held a number of senior positions including Managing Director of Lucas Diesel Systems (formerly Lucas CAV). Jack also serves as a non-executive director of Northgate Information Solutions plc. Jack is Chairman of the Board and Nominations Committee.
Jean-Marc has over 20 years’ experience leading technology and business organisations that have needed to adapt to new developments and changes in the financial markets, a key target market for Celoxica. Jean-Marc was Chief Executive Officer at AEMS from 2004 to 2007 and previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Instinet, the largest ECN and electronic broker in the US. Prior to these roles, Jean-Marc was Global Head of Equity Technology at Merrill Lynch between 1996 and 2000 and before that IT Development Manager at Banque Paribas. Jean-Marc is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
Lee joined Celoxica in July 2007 with over 20 years experience in the Financial Services industry. Lee started working for IT divisions within large investment banking groups in both the UK and US, like Merrill Lynch, Drexel Burnham and Kleinwort Benson, before moving into roles associated with firms which provide products and services into these groups. These roles enabled Lee to establish a career in sales and marketing at companies including SAS Institute and ADP Inc. Most recently Lee was the Global Sales Director for Atos Euronext Market Solutions (AEMS) a technology firm specializing in providing solutions into banks, brokers, clearing houses and exchanges.
Michelle is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has been with Celoxica since November 1999. She has 7 years’ experience in senior management roles covering various G&A functions within Celoxica, before being appointed CFO in February 2007. Prior to that, Michelle had held finance roles with Morland plc and had qualified in the audit practice of Grant Thornton UK LLP.
David was appointed to the board in September 2001. He has a background in electrical engineering and has spent 22 years within the technology industry. Prior to joining Advent in 1996 as a General Partner, David successfully built an IT/Electronics sector investment portfolio whilst responsible for 3i's High Technology unit. Dave is Chairman of the Audit Committee.
