Board Change
Celoxica Holdings plc (AIM: CXA) - a provider of electronic system level (ESL) design technology for the embedded systems and accelerated computing markets, today announces that Phil Bishop will be stepping down as Chief Executive Officer and from the Board with effect from 31 January 2007. The search is underway for a new Chief Executive.
Jack Fryer, Chairman commented, "Phil's experience and expertise in the ESL and wider semiconductor technology market has been extremely valuable in helping Celoxica develop over the last few years. We are very grateful for his drive and commitment during this time that has seen the Company make significant progress with regards to achieving early market penetration in the embedded systems and accelerated computing markets. It was also an important factor in our transition to public company status. The Board wishes him well with his future endeavours."
