Result of EGM

Celoxica Holdings plc (AIM: CXA) - a leading provider of FPGA based High Performance Computing solutions, announces that at its Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today in connection with the sale of the Company's Electronic System Level business, details of which were set out in the Company's announcement on 18 December 2007, the resolution put to shareholders was duly passed.
Completion of the sale is expected to occur on Friday 4 January 2008.
