Jean-Marc Bouhelier, non-executive Chairman

Jean-Marc has over 20 years’ experience leading technology and business organizations that have needed to adapt to new developments and changes in the financial markets, a key target market for Celoxica.  Jean-Marc was Chief Executive Officer at AEMS from 2004 to 2007 and previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Instinet, the largest ECN and electronic broker in the US. Prior to these roles, Jean-Marc was Global Head of Equity Technology at Merrill Lynch between 1996 and 2000 and before that IT Development Manager at Banque Paribas. Jean-Marc is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

Lee Staines, President Celoxica Inc

Lee joined Celoxica in July 2007 as Chief Executive Officer restructuring the company and relaunching the firm in early 2008. In summer 2010 due to the company’s success and growing number of US clients, he was appointed president of Celoxica Inc and moved to the US to spearhead client services and business development which included opening offices in New York and Chicago.

Lee has over 20 years' experience in the financial services industry. His career began working for IT divisions within large investment banking groups in both the UK and US, like Merrill Lynch, Drexel Burnham and Kleinwort Benson, before moving into roles associated with firms which provide products and services into these groups. These roles enabled Lee to establish a career in sales and marketing at companies including SAS Institute and ADP Inc. More recently Lee was the Global Sales Director for Atos Euronext Market Solutions (AEMS) a technology firm specializing in providing solutions into banks, brokers, clearing houses and exchanges.

Dr Ken Tregidgo, Director of Business Development

Ken brings a wealth of experience in business and technology transformation within the financial services industry. He joined Celoxica from Atos Euronext Market Solutions (AEMS), where he was EVP, Global Head of Strategy and Business Development. Prior to AEMS, Ken was with Instinet for five years as Head of Strategy and Chief Operating Officer of companies in the Instinet Group, joining from a four-year tenure at Merrill Lynch as Head of Architecture for the Corporate and Institutional Client Group. Prior to this he held senior technology roles at S.G.Warburg and Chase Manhattan Bank. Ken has a BSc in Physics from Imperial College, London and holds a DPhil in Atomic Spectroscopy from Oxford University.

John Oddie, Chief Executive Officer & Chief Technology Officer

John originally joined Celoxica as a non-executive director and acting CTO in early 2008 following the relaunch of the company and has been instrumental in directing the firm’s advanced trading product roadmap. In summer 2010 John took up the reins as full time CEO and CTO in response to the growth in customers and broadening product development.

John is based in the UK and has over 25 years’ experience working in the financial services sector with particular focus on market trading, Celoxica’s key target market. Until 2007, John ran the exchange business for Atos Euronext Market Solutions (AEMS), the largest business unit of the firm, which provides technology and services for global exchanges, clearing houses and capital markets. Prior to this, he was the executive vice president of Instinet’s Global Equities business and has also held senior technology roles at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch.

Antoine Rescourio, Company Secretary and Chief Operating Officer

Antoine Rescourio, who joined Celoxica as Chief Operating Officer in May 2008, combines more than 20 years’ experience, working at an executive management level, in both capital markets (for the buy side, sell side and exchanges) and  financial technology providers. Previously Antoine was Chief Operating Officer at a leading hedge fund; senior vice president at AEMS; and vice president at Morgan Stanley, where he spent eight years. His earlier career includes ten years in telecommunications management with Reuters.

Gilles Herfeld, Chief Technology Officer

Prior to joining Celoxica, Gilles was the European Head of Development for cash and derivatives trading platforms at NYSE Euronext, where he served for five years.

Gilles also worked at Deutsche Bank as Director, Global Head of Order Management System and European Market Connectivity and at Goldman Sachs, where he held the position of Executive Vice President in the equities IT division.
