The Celoxica management team and non-executive directors bring a wealth of experience and know-how to drive the company forward.
Jean-Marc has over 20 years’ experience leading technology and business organisations that have needed to adapt to new developments and changes in the financial markets, a key target market for Celoxica. Jean-Marc was Chief Executive Officer at AEMS from 2004 to 2007 and previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Instinet, the largest ECN and electronic broker in the US. Prior to these roles, Jean-Marc was Global Head of Equity Technology at Merrill Lynch between 1996 and 2000 and before that IT Development Manager at Banque Paribas. Jean-Marc is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
John has over 25 years’ experience of working in the financial services sector with particular focus on market trading, Celoxica’s key target market. Until 2007, John ran the exchange business for Atos Euronext Market Solutions (AEMS), the largest business unit of the firm, which provides technology and services for global exchanges, clearing houses and capital markets. Prior to this, he was the executive vice president of Instinet’s Global Equities business and has also held senior technology roles at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch.
Ken brings a wealth of experience in business and technology transformation within the financialsServices industry. He joined Celoxica from Atos Euronext Market Solutions (AEMS), where he was EVP, Global Head of Strategy and Business Development. Prior to AEMS, Ken was with Instinet for five years as Head of Strategy and Chief Operating Officer of companies in the Instinet Group, joining from a four-year tenure at Merrill Lynch as Head of Architecture for the Corporate and Institutional Client Group. Prior to this he held senior technology roles at S.G.Warburg and Chase Manhattan Bank.
Ken has a B.Sc. in Physics from Imperial College, London and holds a D.Phil in Atomic Spectroscopy from Oxford University.
Lee joined Celoxica in July 2007 with over 20 years' experience in the Financial Services industry. Lee started working for IT divisions within large investment banking groups in both the UK and US, like Merrill Lynch, Drexel Burnham and Kleinwort Benson, before moving into roles associated with firms which provide products and services into these groups. These roles enabled Lee to establish a career in sales and marketing at companies including SAS Institute and ADP Inc. Most recently Lee was the Global Sales Director for Atos Euronext Market Solutions (AEMS) a technology firm specialising in providing solutions into banks, brokers, clearing houses and exchanges.
Antoine Rescourio, who joined Celoxica as Chief Operating Officer in May 2008, combines more than 20 years’ experience, working at an executive management level, in both capital markets (for the buy side, sell side and exchanges) and financial technology providers. Previously Antoine was Chief Operating Officer at a leading hedge fund; senior vice president at AEMS; and vice president at Morgan Stanley, where he spent eight years. His earlier career includes ten years in telecommunications management with Reuters.
With a degree in electronics and data processing, Edouard started his career as a software programmer in the aerospace industry for DaimlerChrysler and later on as an ASIC designer for Infineon in Bristol. He joined Celoxica in 2002 as an FAE working on multiple hardware acceleration projects. His position in Celoxica has evolved in the company since then, working as an R&D engineer before taking on responsibility for the consulting team. Edouard was promoted to Director of Engineering two years ago and is now leading the development of new products at Celoxica.
